Processing and delivery
For products in stock, orders placed before 23:00 (Netherlands time) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 23:00 are dispatched from the next day.
Delivery in the Netherlands takes place Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday before 23:00 are expected on Monday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
The estimates below include processing and transport from ordering. Business-day estimates for the other destinations count Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated total delivery time
- Netherlands: 1 day.
- Belgium: 1–2 days.
- Germany and France: 3–4 business days.
- Other European destinations we deliver to: 3–5 business days.
- United Kingdom: 4–6 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
During busy periods, public holidays, customs processing or carrier delays, delivery can take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders of €75 or more (or the local-currency equivalent). Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
